Support for NDIS participants with more complex health needs
Evermore provides High Intensity Nursing Care for NDIS participants who require more complex clinical support at home and in the community. Our nursing team supports participants with high intensity support needs including airway management, enteral feeding, catheter care, complex bowel care, wound care, medication administration and other specialised nursing requirements.
Practical nursing-backed respite support for carers and families
Evermore recognises the importance of respite care for carers of participants with high intensity support needs. Our service is designed to provide practical support and peace of mind when carers need time away from their caring role. Respite can be tailored to individual needs and can include specialised nursing care where required.
