In-Home Care and Support
In-home care is designed to enhance independence in the home. Evermore Disability Services offers support with daily living activities such as domestic tasks, personal care, cooking, preparing meals and more.
Community Participation
Community participation assistance provides participants the support to participate in community, social and recreational activities. Our services can include transportation, attending appointments, social activities and more.
Domestic Assistance
Evermore Disability Services provides personalised domestic help to keep our clients homes clean and tidy. We provide cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, lawn mowing, gardening and so much more.
Overnight Support
We provide overnight support for people who need assistance during the night in their own home. Evermore Disability Services support staff are highly experienced, qualified and compassionate.
Transport Assistance
Evermore Disability Services provides participants assistance with transport to and from appointments, social activities, and errands.
We not only help with transport but also provide support in building capacity to travel unassisted.
Assistance with Personal Care Activities
Evermore provides assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life. These personal tasks includes daily care activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and more.
Assistance with Daily Tasks
The professional assistance with daily tasks Evermore Disability Services provides focusses on developing skills so participants can live as autonomously as possible. This can include supporting and/or supervising tasks of daily life such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, cleaning and more.
Assist-life Stage & Transition
We support participants experiencing a life stage or transition such as decision-making and planning, assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations, and more.
Respite Care
Get a well-deserved break from caregiving. Evermore provides in-home respite care services for carers who would like to make sure their loved ones are being looked after by a qualified and caring professional when they can't be there themselves.
NDIS Nursing Services
NDIS nursing services are dedicated to promote health and wellbeing while fostering independence at home. Evermore Disability Services provides comprehensive nursing support, including community nursing services, continence assessments, and high intensity care tailored to individual needs.
NDIS Continence Nurse Assessment
Evermore Disability Services offers continence support and aids to enhance comfort, improve confidence, and promote independence of individuals with continence issues. We provide continence assessments, Indwelling and Supra-Pubic Catheter Care, Prescription of Continence Aids, and support services to clients and their caregivers.
